Loughs, Bogs & Mountains is the first exhibition of its kind hosted by Fermanagh County Museum at Enniskillen Castle.  In partnership with Fermanagh & Omagh District Council's arts service, local arts organisation Collage Collective will guest curate an exhibition on the theme of Loughs, Bogs & Mountains, drawing inspiration from Fermanagh's natural beauty and environment.

Exhibition curated by Collage Collective Fermanagh County Museum at Enniskillen Castle

Friday 6 October 2017 – Saturday 27 January 2018

The exhibition will feature a selection of work by Collage Collective artists across a range of art forms to include photography, craft, sculpture and fine art in response to the theme.   The Loughs, Bogs & Mountains exhibition will be supported with a series of workshops and talks.

Collage Collective is a community of artists, designers, craft workers and facilitators working locally and sustainably to push the boundaries of their craft.  Based in Enniskillen, the collective was formed in 2014, shortly after a new initiative - the Social Enterprise hub - was formed by the local council to support local social business, through provision of space and mentoring programmes.

Loughs, Bogs & Mountains is one of three themes in Fermanagh & Omagh District Council's new Challenge Fund programme.  Co-funded by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland and the Council, the Challenge Fund is a major 2-year programme delivering a wide range of arts and cultural activities across the district.
