  • Our Erne: Richard Pearce

Waterways Ireland October 4th 7.30 pm

In previous years Richard Pierce has given well-received talks, to Fermanagh Live audiences, on art and photography. This year he’s back, giving us his unique take on the winding banks of Erne, illustrated with his own photographs. It will be a bit of everything, like a Lonely Planet Guide. There’ll be his angle on geography and history. Then there’ll be his anecdotes, some humorous, some touching, of his seventy three and a half years spent amongst our beloved lakes and islands. Finally, Richard will take us into the world of his own imagination, describing the elements of the Erne landscape and its inhabitants and the unique, often magical, way he sees them. Your own view of the Erne will be changed forever!!!
